O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first to third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2020 requesting transfer of Patta No.690 in his name in respect of vacant house site measuring an extent of 2015 sq.ft. situated in Survey No.338/3, Usoor Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District.

Appearing on behalf of the first to third respondents, the learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate order will be passed on the representation dated 01.07.2020 of the petitioner sent to the first respondent and forwarded to third respondent. He however submits that a fresh copy of the said representation may also be directly sent to the third respondent Tahsildhar for taking further action in this regard.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 01.07.2020 of the petitioner. If the interest of the private party, namely the fourth respondent, is likely to be affected by the order to be passed by the third respondent, notice may also be sent to the fourth respondent before passing such order. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No cost.
