ORDER

The writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner workmen upto the age of 60 years as per certifying officer order dated 06.03.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were permitted to continue in service and they have retired after superannuation.

2. In the light of the above submission, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners, if any,

before any forum. It is needless to say that the respondents are at liberty to raise all their objections as permissible in law. No costs.
