Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above, no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the Writ Petition which was not objected to by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
