Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of 4th respondent dated 28.10.2013 in Proceedings No.T.IX.1/13-EC.I and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents herein to retain the petitioner in 77 Bn, CRPF, Coimbatore till the completion of his normal tenure of 4 years.
