The prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the Respondents to forthwith issue Call Letter to the Petitioner for the Practical Skill / Knowledge Testing-cum-Interview scheduled to be held on 03.03.2014 for Direct Recruitment to the post of Junior Training Officers (Election Trade) in the Government Industrial Training Institutes coming under the Tamil Nadu Employment and Training Subordinate Services.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the Practical Skill / Knowledge Testing-cum-Interview was already over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
