H.C.P.No.1251 of 2019:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's daughter's father-in-law Mr.Chinnathambi, Son of Raman, aged about 80 years, who has been illegally detained by the 3rd respondent on 14.06.2019, before this court.

For Petitioner in both HCPs : Mr.A.Raja Mohamed For Respondents in both HCPs : Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, APP for RR1 to 3 COMMON ORDER [Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] When the matters were taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenus had been arrested in connection with a case in Crime No. 91 of 2019 for alleged offences under Section 457, 380, 399 and 402 of IPC and were remanded to judicial custody.

2. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal custody involved and thus, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
