PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned memo vide Na.Ka. 2838/2020/A2 dated 18.08.2021 issued by the sixth respondent to the Tahsildars of Erode Division and impugned reply vide Na.Ka. 2838/2020/A2 dated 18.08.2021 which was sent by the sixth respondent to the petitioners and quash the same and consequently direct the sixth respondent to strictly adhere to the guidelines and procedures as per the G.O.(Ms). No. 82 dated 26.02.2018 issued by the second respondent herein.
