Prayer: This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to pass an order of injunction restraining the respondent, his men, agents and those claiming under him from interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the schedule property subject matter of O.S No.108 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif's Court, Mannargudi, pursuant to the judgment and decree in A.S No.47 of 2016 before the Sub Court, Mannargudi, pending disposal of the above second appeal.
