CMP Nos.15780, 15782 & 15783 of 2022 in CRP.No.2425 of 2015 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 8 and the proposed 3rd respondent as the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner along with petition to set aside abatement and to condone the delay in filing the set aside abatement petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause-title.
