Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to allow and sanction a 50% of Family Pension which was granted to the deceased first widow namely A.Habeebunisa Bee (PPO No.PF901707), of deceased Government servant and petitioner G.Abdul Shukoor, to the petitioner (PPO No.DC530594/EDP), in addition to the 50% of family pension which has already been sanctioned, from the 1/4

date of the death of the first widow i.e.27.02.2020 with arrears of family pension, at 18% of interest per annum.
