Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to his proceedings in CMA No.39 of 2005 and quash the order dated 26.9.2008 and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to furnish the copy of section 81 enquiry report and the surcharge order said to have been passed under section 87 of the Tamilnadu Co-Operative Society Act and connected and basic documents pertaining to their proceedings.
