2. Pending appeal, first appellant died and the application in C.M.P.No.11949 of 2022 is filed to bring the legal representatives on record and the said application is filed with a delay of 53 days after appeal got abated due to the death.
3. Considering the fact that there is yet another appellant, who is none other than the brother of the first appellant, application Nos.11939, 11943 and 11949 are allowed.
4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post for final hearing on 18/6/2025.
