Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for the records of the impugned order in Reference No.C1-10/21851/2018 dt 02.04.2018 of the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the salary as being paid as on date with Seventh Pay Commission benefits from the due date, by the issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus.
