ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.349 of 2021 pending on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram, Chennai.

2. During the pendency of this case, the parties were referred to the Mediation Centre and the parties entered into a Joint Memorandum of Compromise and the same has been annexed along with the Mediation Report dated 02.03.2023.

3. It is clear from the Joint Memorandum of Compromise that the second respondent has no objection in allowing this Criminal Original Petition. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise entered into before the Mediation Centre shall also form part of this order.

4. In the light of the above development, the proceedings in C.C.No.349 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram, Chennai stands quashed and the 2/4

Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
