2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation has been completed and closure report has been filed on 30.10.2014.
