ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No:129 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent and to file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number 129 of 2017 dated on 10.03.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
