The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the entire subsistence allowance to the tune of Rs.22,50,000/- has been paid to the petitioner.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
