This petition has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as Special Court for cases under Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Chennai instead of Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram in Crl.O.P.No.15405 of 2022, dated 07.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to extend the time for execution of sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 01.08.2022 to execute the sureties. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No. 15405 of 2022, dated 07.07.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
