It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that today, a further sum of Rs.25,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) has been paid by way of

a cheque bearing No.817292 dated 24.10.2016 drawn on Indian Overseas bank, Ekattuthangal Branch,Chennai-97. He further submitted that pursuant to such payment, no amount is due from the contemner and as such, the contempt petition may be closed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Considering the above stated facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the contempt petitioners, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
