The petitioners have come forward by way of filing this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 09.11.2015 by permitting them to attend the M.Phil classes (Public Administration and International Relations) forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University submitted that the suspension orders were revoked and all the petitioners rejoined the respective classes.

4. In view of the said submission, recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous is closed. No costs.
