This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 12.08.2016 and enquire the matter and file a final report.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 12.08.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
