This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 4 to recompute the class XII marks of the petitioners (students of fourth respondent institution) on the basis of the clause 10(d)(ii) of the 'Policy for tabulation of marks for Class XII Board Examinations 2021" issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education on 17.06.2021 or alternatively on the basis of the average score of the Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions.

The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
