PRAYER: Writ Petition No.3245/2007 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 4th respondent Appeal Nos.16 and 17 of 2006, dated 26.07.2006, confirming the order of the third respondent dated 15.11.2005 in its Letter No.DEE/TNPCB/VLR/310342/2005 and quash the same and to direct the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the application submitted by the petitioner dated 1.12.2003 for consent under the Water and Air Act forthwith.

Writ Petition No.3246/2007 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare the G.O.Ms.No.127 Environment and Forests(E.C.III) Department, dated 08.05.1998, issued by the first respondent in so far as the petitioner is concerned as null and void and ultra vires.
