Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.01.2015 and to investigate the same and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in this case in CSR.No.17/2015. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct and complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and act in accordance with law.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is closed of with the above direction.
