O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2015. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that on 31.08.2014 he had taken leave for two days by giving a leave letter to the Controller and the same was permitted. Again he had taken leave for four days by getting permission from the Acting Branch Manager one Mr.Arivaannan. But in the attendance register, it was marked as absent instead of leave. Hence, he made representation dated 05.10.2015 to the respondents to correct the mistake. Since, it was not considered, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.T.S.Kanmani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.S.Sairaman, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
