Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2021 to remove the encroachments belongs to Natham Poramboku Government property at Keerapakkam village, Desamugipet, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, within the time prescribed by this court. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2021 to remove the encroachments belongs to Natham Poramboku Government property at Keerapakkam village, Desamugipet, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, within the time prescribed by this court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The entry in 'A' Register shows that the land in S.No.64 was originally classified as 'Grama Natham' and thereafter, it appears that the respondents have issued pattas in S.No.64/9 and it is now mentioned as vacant site that too with an extent of 4.354 cents.

It is further seen that based on the representation dated 10.08.2021, this writ petition has been filed on 24.08.2021 without giving sufficient time to the authorities to take action.
