Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to direct the respondents authorities calling upon records relating to the impugned Annexure 9 which is Rejecting Slip issued by the respondent authorities dated 04.08.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to complete physical examination test conducted by the respondent.

ORDER

The learned Government Advocate submits that tentatively fixing the physical examination test conducted by the respondent. The respondents are proposing to conduct the physical test for those candidates who missed the physical test due to Covid-19 pandemic.

2. Considering the fact, the petitioner was qualified during the last recruitment. The respondents are directed to allow the petitioner to participate in the next round of physical test which is proposed to be conducted on 06.09.2021 and 07.09.2021. The respondents are directed to send proper intimation to the petitioner to attend the physical test in terms of this order.
