This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 109 days in preferring this Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the Learned VI Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No.388 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 109 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
