The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.5011 of 2014 dated 21.02.2014, whereunder this Court had directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent that the order, which is in contempt, has been complied with and the claim of the petitioner was rejected. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. A copy of the order dated 01.12.2014 passed by respondent is also produced.

Since the order, which is in contempt, has been complied with, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
