The petitioner, alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 28.02.2020 in W.P.No.19126 of 2017, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader has filed a compliance report of the respondent stating that they have complied with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P.No.994 of 2020 order of this Court and deposited Rs.3,48,931/- to the account of the petitioner through ECS on 29.10.2021 as per Earned Leave of 218 days and unearned leave on private affairs of 90 days and in addition, interest rate of 9% has also been paid amounting to Rs.2,62,344/- by ECS to the petitioner on 02.11.2011.

3. Recording the compliance report filed by the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
