This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 07.12.2022 made in W.P.No.32917 of 2022.

Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner having been considered by the Tahsildar, Maduravoyal, who rejected the same vide his proceedings in July, 2023 in proceedings No.B1/005/2023.

3. Since the order has been passed of-course negatively, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy against the said order, insofar as this contempt petition is concerned, since the order has been complied with, it is to be closed, accordingly, it is closed.
