Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the writ petition was filed when the respondents doubted the genuineness of the patta granted to the petitioner. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

settlement deed which was presented for registration before the Sub Registrar, Madavaram, has been registered and that therefore, the prayer in the writ petition, has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, recording the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there is no order as to cost.
