Prayer: Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to furnish copy of the documents demanded by the petitioner 12.5.2012 and 18-8-2012 as per the directions of the Tamilnadu Information Commission dated 24.9.2012, within a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that all the documents which were available with the respondent had been

given to the petitioner, as per the order of the Commissioner, Tamil Nadu Information Office, Chennai, dated 24.9.2012.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had further submitted that if any of the documents directed to be given to the petitioner, by the order of the Commissioner, Tamil Nadu Information Office, Chennai, dated 24.9.2012, had not been furnished to the petitioner, he may be permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondent to furnish the same.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, this Court finds it appropriate to observe that if any of the documents referred to in the order of the Commissioner, Tamil Nadu Information Office, Chennai, dated 24.9.2012, had not been furnished to the petitioner, it would be open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent, if he is so advised. In such circumstances, as no furthers are necessary, this writ petition stands closed. csh 13.8.2015 To The Right to Information Officer, O/o Khadi and Village Industries, Kuralagom, Chennai-108.
