This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.140 of 2013 on the file of the learned Mahila Fast Track Magistrate Court, Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled out of court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition is now become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
