Prayer in both W.P.s: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a rit of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from obstruction the supply of water taking from the open well of the petitioner situated in S.No.227 in Thoppaiandi Thottam, Sivanmalai Goundan Palayam, P.K. Palayam Post, Tiruppur, Coimbatore District and and in 228 in Velliyan Thottam, Muthunapalayam post, Thirupur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Coimbatore District Koilvali through tanker lorries, for domestic and industrial purposes in and around Tiruppur and Palladam by the petitioner.
