Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Notification No.Na.Ka.306/2010/A1 dated 16.12.2013 is issued by the sixth respondent and a notification in Letter No.504/2013/E.Ni.Va/ dated 10.02.2014 issued by the seventh respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider petitioner's objections for the widen of my Village street, Gramanatham as a four ways road for small ports transportation and benefit for the businessman by threatening the officers for the peaceful livingness of me (Gramanatham). ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Notification No.Na.Ka.306/2010/A1 dated 16.12.2013 is issued by the sixth respondent and a notification in Letter No.504/2013/E.Ni.Va/ dated 10.02.2014 issued by the seventh respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider petitioner's objections for the widen of my Village street, Gramanatham as a four ways road for small ports transportation and benefit for the businessman by threatening the officers for the peaceful livingness of me (Gramanatham). The officers rid out constitutional rights of livingness in the Gramanatham.

When the matter was listed on 07.01.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 20.01.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 20.01.2022, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
