Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Respondent to register the complaint dated 20.09.2014 and to give police protection to the petitioner so as to enable him to reach his land through the cart track which runs on the North of the petitioner's property and is situate in S.No.18/4B - 0.03.5 and to take appropriate action against the accused person in accordance with law.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.09.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that this petitioner has obtained an interim injunction in I.A.No.438 of 2013 in O.S.No.93 of 2013 from the District Munsif Court, Mettur against the proposed accused that they should not interfere with his peaceful possession of the property. Hence, this petition has been filed for police protection to the petitioner. Since the matter is pending adjudication and interim injunction is granted, the petitioner is adviced to move the Civil forum for police protection.
