ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.8169 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026, wherein the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or

on her appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, on condition that the petitioner shall executed a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Magistrate.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition requiring her to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-. He further submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, by return order dated 21.04.2026, has required the production of a solvency certificate.

3. Considering the nature and gravity of the allegations, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order dated 01.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 8169 of 2026. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 02-06-2026 (1/2) Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order dpa
