ORDER
Though the above miscellaneous petition to fix an early date to dispose of the main Writ Petition is listed today, by consent of the learned counsel on either side, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.
This court heard the learned counsel on either side and considered their submissions and also perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
squarely covered by the decision of this court reported in CDJ 2012 MHC 2132 (N.P.Palanisamy Vs. State) and hence, similar orders may be passed in this Writ Petition also. Upon perusal of the said judgement, it is found that the facts and circumstances are similar in this Writ Petition and therefore, following the said decision, the impugned order is set aside and the 1st Respondent is directed to take up the revision petition of the Petitioner on record and after giving due opportunity to the concerned parties, pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
