Ka. No.60/2012/ Sa.Vu.Thi.2 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to select the Noon Meal Organizers for the petitioner school as per G.O.(Ms) No.294, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department dated 21.10.1993.

At the hearing on 28.10.2024, learned Government Advocate submitted that the challenge in this writ petition is to G.O.Ms.No.72, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department, dated 30.04.2012, which was upheld in earlier proceedings by this Court. 3.Both at the hearing on 28.10.2024 and at today's hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, W.P.No.7949 of 2014 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any order as to costs.
