ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the order of this Court dated 20.12.2012 passed in WP.No.29783 of 2011 has been disobeyed by the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been

complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent -Secretary, D.V.C. Higher Secondary School, Srimushnam in Na.Ka.No.306/Tha.Vi.che.may.ni.pa/2013 dated 02.09.2013 to that effect.
