Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.03.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.144 of 2015 on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.03.2015.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.57/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
