Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to disconnect the Electricity connection given in the name of 5th respondent by illegally occupied one part of portion from the petitioner's cultivating land in Survey No.250/1 to the extent of 4.64 cents situated at Thanipadi Village and Post, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.
