By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey/measure the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey Nos.199/2A5, 2A6, 2A7 and 2A8 situated at Semmandampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, by considering the petitioner's e-challan dated 05.12.2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has paid the requisite fees to survey the property in Survey Nos.199/2A5, 2A6, 2A7 and 2A8 situated at Semmandampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. 2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's e-challan dated 05.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
