ORDER
Seeking a direction to transfer the investigation with respect of the Crime No.15/2015 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency and directed to proceed with investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is seen that respondent police conducted enquiry in Cr.No.15 of 2015 and they have filed a closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi on 05.03.2015 and RCS also been served on the de-facto complainant. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to approach the concerned Magistrate.
