O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to execute the warrant issued by the III Additional Family Court at Chennai in M.P.No.161 of 2014 in M.C.No.412 of 2005.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It appears that the case is pending from the year 2005 and the petitioner, a hapless lady is not seeing the colour of the coin.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to execute the Non-bailable Warrant issued by the Family Court as expeditiously as possible, since the matter relates to maintenance that is being sought for by the petitioner from her husband.

5. A copy of this order is marked to the Superintendent of Police, Tiruvallur who shall monitor the execution of the Nonbailable Warrant in the interest of justice.
