Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Award dated 23.12.2015 passed in I.D.No.141 of 2010, quash the portion of the Award declining back wages and consequently, direct the first respondent to pay full back wages for the period of nonemployment. In view of the fact that the petitioner-workman is reinstated into service by the first respondent-Metropolitan Transport Corporation by implementing the Award of the second respondent-Labour Court, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
