The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in the petition, it is claimed that representation seeking police protection through registered post was sent on 30.05.2023. Though it is stated that the representation dated 30.05.2023 was sent by post, it has not reached the police. If any proper representation is given for police protection, based on the need, proper action will be taken.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. If any requests given by the petitioner for police protection, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
