Heard Mr.G.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation, dated 16.10.2015.

3. The petitioner claims to be a registered contractor with several government departments and possessing expertise in dismantling works. When the petitioner sought for a tender document to participate in a tender invited by the respondents, it appears, he was not issued with the tender document. In this regard, he submitted a representation, dated 16.10.2015, to the second respondent, and the same is pending, without any consideration.

Under the circumstances, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.10.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
