ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner in CSR.No.162 of 2015 dated 24.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.On reading of the complaint, it appears that the matter is essentially a money dispute between petitioner and the opposite party. In order to give criminal colour, the petitioner has given the complaint as if the proposed party has assaulted him. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that no positive direction would be issued to the petitioner.
